2012 IACC Legislative News

Due to the diligent work of Commissioners across the state contacting their Senators Senate Bill 110 died on the Senate calendar today for lack of support.

The author of the bill passed on the bill and did not call it down for third and final reading.

Two Statewide 911 funding bills have passed out of the house of origin at the end of the first half of the 2012 Indiana General Assembly. The bills will now switch house and continue through the process. You need to discuss this issue with your legislators and forward your comments and concerns to the association.
